What KwickEat is
KwickEat (“we”, “us”) is a directory of restaurants that run online ordering through KwickPOS, published by KwickPOS (Jinstech Corp, doing business as KwickPOS), Houston, Texas.
Orders happen on the restaurant’s own site
KwickEat does not take orders, process payments or handle deliveries. The “Order direct” button on a restaurant’s page sends you to that restaurant’s own ordering site (a <restaurant>.kwickmenu.com address). Your order, payment and any issue with it are between you and that restaurant, not with KwickEat.
Menu and price accuracy
Menu items, descriptions and prices shown on KwickEat are read from each restaurant’s own ordering site and can change at any time; KwickEat may not reflect a change the moment it happens. Confirm the price and availability of an item on the restaurant’s ordering site before you complete an order.
Ratings
Any star rating shown is Google’s own rating for that restaurant’s Google Business Profile, as of our last update. We don’t create, edit or verify these ratings.
Listings
A restaurant is listed only while it is an active KwickPOS customer with online ordering turned on and enough of a menu available to order from. We remove a restaurant once we learn it has closed or stopped taking online orders — if you find one we’ve missed, tell us at hello@kwickeat.com.
No warranty
KwickEat is provided as-is. We try to keep listings accurate, but we don’t guarantee that any menu, price, rating or piece of contact information on the site is current or error-free.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as KwickEat changes; the date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
