KwickEat sends diners to your own ordering site, not to a delivery app’s checkout. There’s no signup, no fee and no commission — the order never passes through us.
Why direct ordering
DoorDash and Uber Eats publish delivery commissions of 15–30% per order, on top of what they charge the diner. KwickEat doesn’t process the order at all — the “Order direct” button on your listing goes straight to your own ordering site, so whatever a diner pays goes to you, in full, the same as if they’d walked in and ordered at the counter.

If your restaurant already takes online orders through KwickPOS, there is nothing to sign up for. Once your online menu has a few items available to order, KwickEat lists you automatically — free, with no commission, and no separate account to manage. Your menu, prices and photos come straight from the ordering site you already run, so there’s nothing extra to keep in sync.

Something wrong with your listing?
If your hours, menu or contact details look off, the fastest fix is usually in your own KwickPOS ordering site, since that’s where KwickEat reads them from. If something still looks wrong, or your restaurant has closed and is still listed, email hello@kwickeat.com.
