Ingredients:

  • 1 lb paneer, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder (optional, for some heat)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Instructions:

    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

    2. Add finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute until the onion is translucent.

    3. Add chopped spinach and saute until it's wilted.

    4. Add paneer cubes and saute for a few minutes until they're slightly browned.

    5. Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, and red chili powder (if using). Mix well.

    6. Season with salt to taste.

    7. Add butter and mix well.

    8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
