6. While the fish is steaming, prepare the lime sauce by mixing together the lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
7. Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the steamer and place it on a plate. Drizzle the lime sauce over the top of the fish and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
8. Serve the Pla Nueng Manao with steamed rice or vegetables, and enjoy!
