6. Return the cooked meat to the wok and add the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
7. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Add salt if needed.
8. Serve the Phat Kaphrao hot over steamed rice.
